Tammy, Anna, and I had a wonderful time at the Jane Austen Tea on Saturday (12/11/10). It was a special time this year because Tammy brought little Anna and I brought little Jayden, the next generation of Jane Austen fans. The keynote speaker, Dr. Cheryl Kinney, presented A Dangerous Indulgence: Women's Health in Jane Austen's Time with an emphasis on obstetrics. Yikes! I am so thankful that I was not having babies under those conditions. :)
Tammy & Anna enjoyed the delicious scones.
Jayden slept through most of the tea which was quite nice.
Anna looked gorgeous and was the only one who got to
stay during the whole presentation.
The girls had their first "bonding" moments out in the lobby
where they could make some noise.
Anna kept wanting to put her finger in Jayden's mouth.
Two peas in a pod.
Though exhausted, Anna was very happy and giggly as she
rolled around on the lobby floor.
Me and my girl.
