Anna and I went to see Music Theater of Idaho's Les Miserables (school edition) and we were both pleasantly surprised. While the performances of the company are generally enjoyable, they are not in the same category as a typical Broadway performance. What the actors lacked in vocals, they made up for in emotion and dramatization. The set was awesome and I truly enjoyed the evening. I had forgotten how much I love that show. Now I'm up looking at soundtracks on Amazon.com. :)
